Return Policy
Our aim is to ensure your shopping experience safe and enjoyable. In case you have some reasons to return or exchange, we provide a 7day exchange policy.
1. You can exchange the product which is totally different with which was ordered.
2. Product has quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our products have high quality).
Note:
Firstly, please send us an email about the problem as you received the products within 3 days. We will reply you as soon as possible.
Secondly, make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the product hasn't been worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on.
Thirdly, you should pay for the price difference if you exchange another one. In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.
